Hi keely, It said pending as soon as I completed the first questionnaire, so I assumed that pending means participating and that they'd wait to make sure that I completed all of the diaries before they'd pay the reward. But as they wrote to me today and said "its fine" (and not "its been cancelled") then I take that as meaning we're going to get our pennies! A whole fiver - and it only took me approx 2 hours of my time in total! I think I must drink too much (hic)!

Thats normal after you complete a survey it will sit pending for a while.

ive been a member for a while the surveys do tend to take longer than they state but some are also very interesting i tend to request a voucher everytime i reach £5 my partner also has an account and vouchers sent to the same address but we've never had any problems

I have had exactly the same problem. They ask quite detailed questions and half way through say you son't meet the criteria for the survey, yet they hold a detailed profile. Why don't they just target the groups they want in the first instance and save us all a lot of wasted time

I like VO & MO, I always get my Amazon vouchers really quickly only thing is at the moment I have quite a few pending.

as for that 7 day survey thingy, i got an email from them today saying that ive only done 3 days and i should carry on for another 3 days!!! very confusing cos with the new link they gave me is still saying the same message, ie-ive already completed it :rolleyes: well it says £5 pending in my account so im just sticking to the fact that i have got paid for it judging by your replies from VO
