Important things everyone needs to learn how to do:

Set your browser so it doesn't accept cookies

Clear your history / cache / cookies from the browser

Set the browser to block popup windows.

It's different in each browser, but it'll be in your help menu. Clearing everything every so often will generally speed up the browser a bit, and not accepting cookies and popups makes it harder for people to do bad things to you remotely.

Drat.. been doing a diary thing for V.O.. Supposed to do 7 before 03/03... I can only do 7 if I include 03/03.... hope I haven't wasted my time...... :doh:

I've just ignored the cookie thing... not sure I'm that bothered.. suppose I should check it out, maybe clear it..... hmm...

Am in the same boat as you! I logged on to input fridays results at 00:01am saturday morning to find...I was only able to add saturdays results- before I had even eaten anything! I hope they do include the tuesday as otherwise I should just stop now, I already have enough days for the £4 quota.

I did alrady try clearning my cookies, taking off spyware, adware, defragging and cc-cleaning but had no effect on VO diarys if that helps anyone.

im having trouble getting my voucher from them, is anyone else having problems, i've sent them 6 emails now and no response.

does anyone know anyone else i can contact, copy in etc as its getting very frustrating

I ordered one in February which came in March - took about 4-5 weeks, so not the fastest. I expect they issue once a month so if you miss that lot I suppose you could wait nearly 2 months.

thanks buddy, well they dropped me an email to say that it had been returned but it seemed like a standard email, i ordered it on 1st Feb

Anyone find that you get about halfway through a survey, then it says you do not match the criteria...blah blah blah?
I e-mailed them, and they fobbed me off. If I hadn't given my opinion, I wouldn't mind, but it's when I've answered loads of their questions

yeah this is when they are just taking advantage of there position, and yes you will get fobbed off
