Hi, has anyone been doing the product test for snail gel?? Ive just had an email to do the survey on it but cant for the life of me find the letter they sent with the product with the code on it.... Ive emailed them but had no reply, no suprise there!

I couldn't find my letter either. I made up a number and was told I wasn't eligible for the survey so I would have another search for your letter. I have since found my letter and am gutted. The code would also be in your original e mail but I couldn't find that either.

I did find my original email, but there is no reference number on that, Idouble checked it.... oh well will have to put it down to experience, bummer! What did you think to the snail gel? Nice lemony smell, dont think I look any younger though lol

My letter definitely has a code on it. Unfortunately its not 123 like I input.

I have just checked and the number at the top of the follow up survey I was sent yesterday is the same as the code in my letter I was told I would need to quote.

Thank you for that, I just tried to access the survey but guess cos I accessed it once already, it told me this " Unfortunately you can’t participate in this study. Our records indicate that your ID has already been registered for this project and/or data inconsistencies have been identified regarding the profile data you’ve provided"

Hey ho, maybe after another couple of weeks use of snail gel I will look 20 again!! lol £10 wouldnt have gone amiss though

Oh well. This will teach us to keep our letters safe if we are lucky enough to be chosen for anything like this again!
I too am gutted about the £10!

Just to point out, if "snail gel" is the name, publicly discussing a trial product, especially online, can get you booted from the relevant survey panel. So be careful

I've just found that out. I wish I'd checked the website before I picked it VO's haven't had the Amazon vouchers for ages.
