wow thats GOOD, i've been a member since 2004 and have only clocked up £35. Re junk mail - don't think i get any more junk then most people.
And also regarding "pending" status i had quite a few pounds pending and it took a few months to get it, was very annoying as i only needed 25p to get my Tesco voucher0 -
I'm a VO member and questioned them when some of my credit was pending, it all depends on when the survey closes and complete to when you get your money.0

I've been lucky with VA for surveys. I only get the odd couple from other sites. Just a shame they don't pay in cash/paypal like lightspeed.0 -
I get put off when it says the survey will take around 25 minutes and they intend to pay you £1.50. It seems a very low hourly rate, and almost always takes longer than the 25 minutes (or however long) they say.A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0

the very worst thing about VO (and the reason i have cashed in my chips and will probably never do a survey again) is that they will gladly take you as much as 80% through a survey - about 15-20 minutes of your time - and ONLY THEN tell you that "you do not meet the criteria for this survey". this has happened to me at least 10 times. emailed complaints about this practice never get responses.
if i were cynical, i would say that its convenient that they have your answers to all the salient questions, but they don't need to pay you. a very effective business model....0 -

that's true. I get so many surveys which say it'll take 15 mins or 20mins and it takes so much longer. If they do take longer I'd probably still do them but there's no need to be misleading. The amounts are too low - they should have to pay min wage I think0 -
At least a site like TNS give you some Nectar points just for responding, even if they reject you after a few questions. That is much more fair.A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0

i've had £30 since July 2006. I get about 2 surverys a week on average. the surveys do usually take a lot longer tahn they say tho! still when you have nothing better to do it is free money after all!0
