I ordered my Tesco voucher on 7th April which I still haven't received. Sent them an email on 12th May, they replied stating their supplier had run out of stock and more had been ordered. They also stated that any outstanding Tesco voucher requests should be caught up by this month.

Did anyone do a survey about fizzy drinks, where you had to text everytime you saw them been advertised.

It was at the beginning of April, and the money has still not been added to my account, wondering if anyone else has had problems

Just got a survey about energy providers, got 53% through (and that took 20 mins!) and then I select an answer, only for it to refresh and tell me that there is a missing answer! Err, no there isn't! So I try clicking my answer again, but it still doesn't recognise it....a £1.50 survey that was!! I've emailed VO anyway, see what happens.

Hi Lexilex, I did that drinks survey and i'm still waiting too, I emailed them awhile back but havn't heard anything! :mad:

Glad it's not just me waiting, I emailed them and they said it may take longer than the usual 28 days but it's taking the mick a bit now. I seem to be emailing them every other week chasing up rewards :mad:

After the 5 months I received my 2 vouchers. So over a month ago i emailed for another £30. Was away to see what is happening with them, BUT when I tried to log on to my account, it said my account did not EXIST!! So I guess they have stole £30 from me. Disgrace

Yeah, it's not letting me in either. It was fine this morning though - I claimed £10 in Amazon vouchers and got them instantly.

It looks like they've been tweaking things a bit recently and there's been a few issues. I had two pending credits disappear, but then they reappeared three days later. Also, at one point all my credits were in Euros! So I'm assuming this is another minor problem .. fingers crossed.
