need loan but on income support

I was on IS until late last year when I got increased hours at work. My hours dropped back below 16 a week in April so had to go back on IS. Have been hit with a massive bill to repair to my car. Can't get a budgeting loan, can't increase my overdraft further - any idea where I could turn to for a loan that isn't a complete rip off? PS loan parent, two kids, rural area, disabled relative so really really need to make my little car carry on for longer...

From what I have been told - and please tell me if you think this is wrong - I have to have been on IS for 26 weeks before I can get budgeting loan and I've only been back on it since April...0
