A little thanks due to the lovely lady on the Comet helpline.....
I have 2 little ones, the youngest being a matter of weeks and in washable nappies...so you can imagine that my washing machine is currently flat out!!!
In the middle of a wash this week, the machine stopped and various lights started flashing, none of which were in the handbook problem guide....I was right in the middle of a serious washing frenzy, youngest screaming and eldest shoving banana in his ears...I was a little stressed to say the least.....
Out of desperation, I phoned Comet who I had bought the machine off a number of years ago and spoke to them for help....
I was lucky enough to get a lady on the phone who was bright, helpful and talked me through fixing the problem...even though the kids were screaming and I was stressed, she didn't rush me and spent 30mins giving me step by step instructions....Lo and behold, the machine worked!!!!
Thanks to her for saving my sanity!!!!
