hi anyone having problems logging in to orange email

I am with Orange & have been having issues with my email for about 2 weeks. I spoke to them this morning & was told there is a known problem in that a lot of orange users find that email cannot be sent to & received from certain hotmail & business accounts. I was told they are "working on it" & the guy I spoke to had been told to tell people it should be fixed by 9pm tonight. He laughed though & said it would probably be the next day (Thurs).
So I'm waiting to see.
I can access my email a/c, but not everything is working as it should. Perhaps they have suspended parts of it while they work?0
