Do you not know the name of the company who sorted your IVA for you?Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

If you finished the IVA less than about 3 months ago you could look online at the Individual Insolvency Register (I cannnot post a link but look at wwwinsolvencygovuk with appropriate dots and it's on the left hand side), which includes all 'active' bankruptcies and IVAs registered with the Insolvency Service. It will give you the name of the Insolvency Practitioner who dealt with it.
If it ended more than 3 monbths ago, you may be able to write to them and get the information - the address is on the same website.
Good luck

I am a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, but you have probably not provided all the information you would give me if we talked in private. Please therefore do not rely on this posting as being my BEST advice. It is only my initial thoughts based on what you have put in your post.0
