Sending email outlook 2007

Hi there

I have moved BB suppliers. However when I'm trying to send an email via the my outlook I cannot now send via my tiscali.co.uk account.

I've called them but to be frank their Asian agents are no help whatsoever.

I have the smtp settings correct but I don't know if I'm conntecting properly.

Is Tiscali your old or new ISP? Do you need to authenticate on their SMTP server? What makes you believe that your SMTP settings are correct? If your setting would be right then it would most likely work.

I guess its from Tiscali as they (as far as I'm aware) are not a company any more. I found when I moved from Tiscali (albeit a few years ago now) that they cancelled my email fairly shortly afterwards. If the settings are correct on your outlook then it's more than likely thats the case and you may need to ring them back in order to check!
