I'm about to post a separate post about woodworm but in answer, yes, the blighters fly and are flying right now. I've read, but could be wrong as it's all new to me, that June/July is their flight season, after that I think the beetles die or burrow so you don't see them anymore for a while! They tend to congregate around windows/light I think....0

Just found 3 wood beetle in my bathroom this week. As you can see from the rest of the thread we used Permethrin and I am assuming that, without me squashing them, they will die when they being to eat the sprayed wood?0
