thanks done that but where do i put the file once unzipped?

when i try to restore it gets so far reboots and says it cant restore to an earlier point etc so its incomplete

double click on the .reg file in the zip.

i have but at first windows couldn't open it then the web page said you can open it with notepad?

ok, use task manager as above to start regedit, then do file import, and point it to the .reg file.
