I'm so happy to read all the positive feedback for PO as have just applied! Paid the valuation fee yesterday so just waiting for a call back.
Has anyone that is self employed applied for this mortgage and know what documents the PO require as proof of earnings? My boyfriend has SA203's for the past 3 years so I am hoping that is acceptable!0 -
