The keys are now waiting for me at the EA for my wife to come home! So all good for me!

Msmer - have you got any specifics on what has happened in your case? They've not rejected you out hand like some lenders would and at least you have a person dealing with your enquiry
  • I'm so happy to read all the positive feedback for PO as have just applied! Paid the valuation fee yesterday so just waiting for a call back.

Has anyone that is self employed applied for this mortgage and know what documents the PO require as proof of earnings? My boyfriend has SA203's for the past 3 years so I am hoping that is acceptable!
  • Very happy to read about all this speed as well. Thinking of applying for a buy-to-let mortgage with them. Anyone tried this?

    Kind regards,
