trampolinesworld OHHHHH NOOOOOOOO.

I placed an order on the 7th June at trampolinesworld received an email confirmation and money taken from my bank account.
Next day received an email stating that my order was on its way and dispatched. Received a telephone call stating delivered that day pre 6pm
The goods didn't arrive. Phoned Customer services and told someone would phone back numerous times.
Eventually last Friday 18th June spoke to a lady who said that the goods would be delivered Saturday 19th as they had paid for special delivery, and given a consignment number for TNT. The goods did not arrive.
Looked up consignment number on TNT website which stated to ring, spoke to TNT to be told it was never assigned a Saturday delivery and as yet the inbetween man who delivers to TNT had not delivered to TNT !!!!
This morning phoned trampolinesworld yet again to be put on hold and all operators busy - phone ringing till BT disconnect. However the sales team answer and transfer.
So currently they have taken my money, not delivered any goods and lied to me numerous times in regard to when I should receive the items.
In light of this experience i wouldnt recommend purchasing from trampolinesworld if you value your stress levels and sanity.
Its a bargain if you never receive the goods you have paid for - its not a bargain its theft.
I'll post an update should there be any development.

I don't think you've been scammed, you're just trading with a poor company.
Trampolines World also trade as Mattress World and Sheds World and seem to have the same modus operandi as other useless companies that have loads of websites all connected - think Kybotech.
Trampolines World have a non-geographic 0844 number, rent an office in Twickenham and seem to use dropshippers. Also from whois:

Fair Play to trampolinesworld. Had a phone call yesterday to say item would arrive today and as a gesture of good will - once the item arrives they will refund my card the full value.
They have sorted out a bad situation - well done trampolines world and for anyone thinking of buying from them - they are not scammers just had supply and delivery problems in regard my order.
Once they paid attention to it,it was resolved. Thanks trampoline world i'm so happy i could bounce ! :-)0 -

Placed an order for a trampoline pad on the 4th June with 48hour delivery, nothing arrived, phoned and was told there was a problem and it would arrive in 48hours. Cancelled the order on the 225th june, Still no refund. Phoned again to be told the refund had been processed on the 2nd July.......Its now the 6th July and still no money. No head office direct line apparently or head office address either!!!?????
Do not use this company if you like your money. I do hope Its just poor service but am seriously doubting that.:mad:0 -

too right, ive now got the credit card company involved. Ive never dealt with such poor customer service in the whole of my life! Would be nice if they refunded my money and also sent the trampoline pads i so desperately need.0

I have a similar tale to tell.
Ordered on 21st June using 48 hour delivery. Rang on 29th June to see where it was and the operator couldn't tell me even if it had been despatched. She said she would escalate the call and someone would phone back, but nobody did.
I have phoned them on eight separate occasions over the last three weeks; always to be promised someone "absolutely" would call straight back, and nobody ever has.
A worrying aspect about this company is that you cannot deal directly with them, but instead deal with some sort of fronting agency who have no useful information about the order. I have also experience ringing phones with no answer until BT disconnected the call.
I have asked for a refund, and would advise people to stay away from this company.0
