Company winding up - HELP

Hi,

We got married in February 2010 and on the day of our wedding one of the diamonds fell out of my wife's wedding ring and the ring was a bit too tight. :mad:

We contacted the the shop that sold us the ring and they advised us to wait a few months to decide if we want the size adjusted and then send it off to them and they will refit the diamond that fell out and also adjust the ring if required.

However we have no found out that the company is being wound up. Is there anything we can do to get the ring refitted with the diamond?

ok but what will the credit card company do? we dont want to loose the ring we just want the missing diamond fitted as discussed with the company

The credit company are equally responsible.

Get them to repair the ring.
