If you already knew the answer, why have you asked for advice in this thread?
No idea what post you are referring to by user DarkConvict, but I can't see any post in this thread by that user.
How many threads have you got on the go to discuss this issue? You seem to be discussing it in the DFW board, the credit card board (different to the reclaiming credit card charges) to name just two other places.
I hinted to you before how confused you'll get if you don't keep to one thread.

I didn't until I found my old thread, read that and read your post here in which you were sure it was not illegal.
If someone will point me in the direction of the mods so I can ask them to merge my threads, as I took your advice on board.
I'm so sorry, my brain's all over the place anyway due to my pregnancy and I'm fighting with everything I have not to break down and cry when I feel I come up against every barrier going!I've got nothing else but I've got my family.

And resurrecting them with complete tosh.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
