Have a temporary Avis 318 BMW, 2010 model, but no manuals, or any guides in car at all.
Anyone happen to know what I press inside car presumably so it doesn't monitor passenger space when I leave dog in car??

Cheers

Don't leave the dog in the car. Specially in the heat we've had today and for the rest of the week...

Try pressing the 'lock car' button on the key fob twice when locking the car. The first press does the central locking, the second press disables the motion sensor - which I'm guessing would give you the result you are after - but you might want to test first!

On most cars I drive, pressing the remote once locks the car, pressing it twice activates the deadlocks.

You could lean thru the rear door and press the lock button on the dash to lock the car up.

I've checked my manual and it disarms both the tilt sensor and motion sensor.
