My wife is going to the Halifax tomorrow as they want her to upgrade her account as she has got a Cardcash account with them at mo but there are a couple of things that we would like advice with please.
The 1st one is they have told us that we will need to pay £100 into the account and leave it in there overnight so why do they do that?
Also will she keep the same account number? as we dont really want to change our Direct Debits and all that.
Also on upgrades could she get a OD?
we also take it that we will still be able to use the card that she has now(Electron) till the new one comes?
Any advice please.
