I have this loaded on my computer, but it doesn't work, I've tried uninstalling it using add/remove programmes but all I keep getting is the following message:
Nokia_Ovi_Suite_webinstaller.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Anyone know how I can remove this programme please?
Thanks.

ccleaner > tools > see list of progs > uninstall
ccleaner is free and also can check for & remove remnants of old progs from registry0 -
Hi - Thanks, but I got the same response using CCleaner0

You could try downloading the latest version from the nokia website, and run the installer. It may give you the option to uninstall from there, or alternatively if it install ok, you may then be able to uninstall it correctly.0

If I try doing that I get a message saying:
The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP.
Continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system either imediately or in future. Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact the vendor for software that has passed Windows Logo testing.
It then keeps going round in circles every time I click on the stop installation button.
I'm not sure, but I think it came up with this when I tried to install it originally and I pressed continue.0 -
Finally managed to remove me, but it's taken nearly all day.
Thanks for all the advice!0
