Hi, I recently purchased an item off ebay for 99p & £1.95 P&P. I paid on the 7th June as soon as the auction ended. It got marked as dispatched the next day or so. A week passed and I emailed the seller to ask how it had been sent ect, she said it had been posted and to wait till the end of the week and let her know if I still hadn't recieved it.
Friday came and went and I still hadn't had my item so I emailed her again and she said she had rung RM and it was in transit and should be with me soon? Its been 2 weeks now do I put in a claim for item not recieved or give it a couple more days?
I know its not a lot of money but I really wanted this item and 2 weeks seems a long time to wait considering it was dispatched pretty soon after payment.
Any help appreciated

It may be lost in the post. But you have waited long enough. Time to stop chatting to the seller and raise a INR dispute (item not received) via Paypal. The seller will have to submit a tracking number or you will be refunded. If the item shows in the meantime you can update the dispute.0

I agree, just put in a full paypal chargeback today. Hi I'm so confused! I put in a claim for INR with PP and they have now said I put one in for item not as described?! Can I change it?
I don't know how it worked that out as I put I hadn't recieved the item as my reasoning for the dispute?!0
