Triton Electric Shower tripping mains???

Hi - My wife had a shower this morning. After she had her turn I had mine. After a few seconds the main board tripped - all electrics out. I reset and tried again with the same result - the board trips within a couple of seconds.

This evening I've tried again - the shower runs fine on cold but as soon as I turn it to power I or II it trips.

Shower has been working fine for 3-4 years. It is a Triton Biarritz II -

If possible I'd like to blame the wife;-)
