Had the cable replaced today from the road to the house,
after the engineer left phone stopped working and the Tv Buzzes,
Was told an engineer would be before 12, none came so called up at 3 to asked what had happened was told they would come between 1 - 6,
none came called up at 6.30 was told engineers had gone home, so now coming tomorrow between 12-4 great another day off work,
Why cant these large companies give curtsey calls when they cant make an appointment, it would save loads of annoyance and hassle for the customer.
