Pipex GRRRRRR!!!!

Hi everyone

I've just had an email from Pipex, saying that they had a system error, and haven't been charging me fully for the past 4 months!!! :mad:

Now they say, make sure I have adequate funds in my account, as they will be taking out all the money they've missed.

I've been made redundant, so don't have any extra cash lying around.

Someone told me that I should not pay it, and take it to the Financial Ombudsman or something???

Does anyone know if they can just do that 4 months down the line?
