When my wife left hospital earlier this month there was a credit remaining on her account.
After a week I checked the credit card and no refund - so I emailed them. This was ignored.
I rang this morning and after a long wait they found the credit and agreed to refund it.
It seems to me that in addition to charging a huge 49p a minute for incoming calls, they drag their feet on refunds and hope people forget about them.0
