Hi,
My fiance has a part buy part rent flat, we are looking to buy a house this year, his mortgage company have offered to cover the conveyancing fee's, is this worth it?
His property will hopefully go for £155,000 - £160,000.

we are just buying a house, and we were offered the same, but they told us it would take longer than other might because it is a large company, we wanted to move fast so we went with our own solicitors. But it can save you a lot of money so worth considering if you are not in a rush. Get some quotes from a few firms and see how much it would cost otherwise
