SNAD help please

I received an item SNAD.
Item was listed as "worn once" (was a high cost pair of designer shoes) however, had clearly been heavily used, or worn once but for 10 days (dirty, smelly, cracked etc.)!!!
I contacted the seller who originally said "tough" they were worn once, so reluctantly I started process through Ebay / Paypal for dispute.
Since starting process (last week), seller contacted to say "send them back" and I'll look into it.
I sent the shoes back Recorded Delivery (originally just sent 2nd class post at cost of £1.95 and wrapped in brown paper despite me paying £5 p&p) and via tracking can see they were delivered on Saturday.
I've heard nothing since ....!
Any ideas about what to do now?
Just to clarify I did pay PayPal, and have 100% feedback on hundreds of transactions.

Have you put the tracking details into the paypal dispute?
