I've got this offer but it's ending "in september". As I've had other things on my mind recently I'd completely forgotten about this.

I phoned them up last year and they extended it for me for another 12 months. Are there any of you who've had yours renewed recently?

I don't want to go to their line rental package, and if that's the case I'll just go for Primus Option 2 (is that still available? ).

I've just been told on the phone that my talk1 + world package which I've had for just over a year, will continue till I change it and also that it includes calls to 28 countries as per their talk3 international.

Does it really include all the countries just like Talk 3 Intl?? Last I knew it was New Zealand, USA, Australia and Canada

This tariff is not available to new customers,only existing ones that are on it already.

What are they charging you for it Basil?

Oh they aren't charging me for it - that's what I find strange. And they say it'll continue until I change the tarrif.

What I don't get is how I'm suddenly getting all 28 countries including europe when I wasn't notified of this ever I don't really believe it either

Really? In that case it may be worth staying - did you speak to retentions or something??
