What is the ruling concerning number of student hours you can't go over,in order to qualify for J.S.A.?

At HE level, it depends on whether a course is designated as full or part time rather than the number of hours attendance.0

Under 16 hours a week...so not 16 hours but maximum of 15.5 (yes, really, I got sanctioned for doing 16 a week voluntary work!)0

You should be able to claim JSA but may well have to state that you are prepared to give up your course if offered a suitable job.0
