I have to wear a medical bracelet due to anaphylaxis, but have been without one for too long (tempting fate!). After a fairly nasty reaction, I decided it was time to replace it urgently. I looked at a number of websites and decided to order from ICEGems as they are very reasonably priced, and offer a 2day turnaround for an extra £4 (or 14day for standard). I ordered early last Monday.
By Friday it had not arrived so I phoned them to query, it turned out their system had not flashed it up as priority, and the girl I spoke to said she would speak to a manager.
Within half an hour I had had an email saying the priority charge had been refunded, and a call from the manager appologising for the mix up and promising it was being done immediately and would be sent the same day. It has arrived today.
Well done ICEGems - we all make mistakes, and computers are no different, but this was dealt with promptly, professionally and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
