I
ASDA these days for 1 reason......
Get some hot toast spread with a little top quality butter, and add a smaller amount of Vegemite on top...
The Vegemite secret is ITS NOT NUTELLA!, less is more - you can add but you cant take away as granny used to say
Additionally: add some grated quality cheese (Asda good4you range is good) and grill until melted, SCOFF SCOFF SCOFF.....
Think you'll find I beat you Martin, yummy scrummy and not on a limited edition scrounging publicity off you.
See I win on all counts.
HEALTH WARNING: It is not advised to mention let alone serve Vegemite to ex-Cadbury staff, please attend your nearest A&E for immediate treatment. If I helped or saved you money - Thank me
If I helped you spend some money - spank me
If I done both - :lipsrseal me:eek:0 -
I really loved tangy twiglets and also the curry ones but I'm not that fond of normal twiglets, weird!
Hoping my local Asda has them in!0 -
Forget them!
When are Marmite Cheddars coming back? :mad:0 -
I'd rather see scampi and lemon nik naks return to the scenes. Although I do love a good twiglet every now any then0

I like tangy twiglets too. I do miss the barbecue snacks that Jacobs brought out at Christmas. They were little biscuit/cracker type snacks, barbecue flavoured. They were delicious and very moreish, and I like the cheesy footballs too. Bring back the barbecue snacks, please? I really like them. They had the texture of mini cheddars but with barbecue flavouring and they were square shaped, not round like the mini cheddars.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. Morrisons have Worcester Sauce Twiglets available also. Saw them today for £1.50 a bag, if they are no longer available at Asda.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.” - Oscar Wilde0
