Aaahhh, Tangy Twiglets, those were the days - sat in front of TV, scoffing them from a big bag (definitely NOT for sharing) until my tongue actually went numb. Lovely

I have never tried tangy twiglets but if and when i see them, i will give them a whirl.

horlicks tablets; blimey that is a blast from the past- yum yum! i used to eat the powder as well. mmmmmmmmmm.

i am too scared to try marmite. not sure about it... do i, don't i?!?!:eek:

Go for it.... Get a nice peice of bread and toast. Spread with lashings of your fav spread (butter, marg or whatever) so it's nice and melty. Then get the tiniest amount of marmite and spread very very thinly on the toast, almost dabbing it about so it doesn't mix with the butter. Then enjoy!

If that works for you, then you can perhaps increase the amount of marmite over time. Whatever you do, don't spread it on like chocolate spread, becuase you will most likely gag on it if you are not used to it.

That is the best news in ages.

I had to move allegiance to chilli flavoured Doritos as the only thing close to a great tangy flavour.

The problem with that is I have since discovered that chilli is addictive!

Whether it is Chilli Heatwave Doritos or Tangy Twiglets, the best part is having to lick the residue from your fingers for that huge tangy buzz :beer:
