    Thanks guys,
I am sure after a good nights sleep and less hormones raging through me I will be fine.

The one in the office causing issues is being nice as pie. Its bi-polar.

Ok, lesson 1: Never try running in the middle of the day in boiling heat.
Lesson 2: Listen to your body, not the guy in the podcast.

    Kayleigh

Lesson 1 is the important one Kayleigh - this weather is always difficult to run in. I would try to run either at the start or the end of the day.

Can you really learn to run that quickly? From a podcast? Hmm, interesting...cheaper than the gym too.

Back from work 20 minutes later than normal, which is a pain as I'm teaching tonight. Chucked a bolognaise in pan to cook for OH to have later. Going to have just 5 minutes sitting here unwinding and then get changed, get stuff together and then go off to teach. It's very hot here, it's going to be hell tonight :(

Still not sure, but I jokingly said something about autumn and he said he couldn't possibly wait that long and it would definitely be summer. :)

I'm quite relaxed about it really, it will happen at some point and in the meantime I am so happy, so it's not a problem.
