Wireless connection

My laptop was working fine yesterday, but today won't connect to the internet. The fault diagnosis says that I need to turn on the wireless capability which can be done by using a switch on the computer, or using a function key combination.

I can't find any switch, and have no idea what the function key combination is

Can anyone help please ?

Hi,

have a look at the F keys, you should find one with a little triangle on a pole, it's F9 on my lappy.

What lappy have you got?

It would help if you could identify the make and model of your laptop along with the operating system you are using.

I believe medion have made more than one model of laptop in the decade or so they have been around.....

I'll likely be disabled in windows, disabled by some external switch/function key combination only knowing the model of your laptop will let someone help with or there'll be some non-windows/propietary wireless 'management' software thats not actually needed causing problems
