How many keys should you get with a used car?

Ordinarily, I would not be so demanding, but as I was sold a warranty on my previous car by the said main dealer, who then said the warranty would not cover it when they said the car needed a new engine. They offered to put in a replacement engine for £2800, therefore trading in my old 2004 Punto and only receiving £500 for it and buying said Ignis for £3000, which was the cheapest car they had on the forecourt, it is clean and tidy. It is more than a scratch, it's 2-3 inches long and the paint is chipped off. I thought they would bend over backwards to offer some good customer service, to appease my financial loss of my old car.
If I had bought the car privately or from a small back street dealer then fair do, but I expect more from a main dealer.0
