how to import bt email into hotmail

Hi guys wonder if you can help me out again?
This time hotmail has stopped importing bt emails into the hotmail email so I can read them all at once. Would this be because I changed my hotmail password do you think?
If not how can I get the emails directed straight in again?

Do you mean Hotmail or Live Mail?
Not sure which email client you use, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, or Windows Live Mail?
If you use Windows Live Mail, you should be able to read BT emails once you have set up your account details.
