egypt hotel with waterslides

Hi looking to go to Egypt July/August and i am looking for an all inclusive hotel with waterslides. Reasonably priced 5 star or decent 4 star. Ideally with beach where kids can go snorkelling. Any recommendations welcome so i can start trawling the net...!

  • Me, my husband and our 4 1/2 year old son are going to the Sunrise Tirana Aqua Park tomorrow for 2 weeks all inclusive :) It is a Thomas Cook aqua park which has only been open for around a year, it has a children's water area, big water slides, wave pool and its own private beach with jetty to go snorkelling.

Will subscribe to this thread and let you know how we get on :)

    Hi

Depends on your budget to what standards you could look at

There are few hotels with the above what you require, dont be fooled into looking at the hotels that are listed as Aqua Park hotels many of the 4/5 star good quality hotels have slides in the pools for th kids

  • the reviews of the Jaz Mirabel look good - bit confused though cos there is the Beach, Park or Club.... Which one do I need to look at?

I did but the reviews looked a bit iffy - Jaz Mirabel sounds a huge place, plenty for 2 weeks i think...

If anyone has had a good deal here let me know - would be flying from NOrth East ...

Hi, I would be looking for 2 weeks 2 adults and 2 children (16 & 13) ideally 2 rooms but not too bothered. All inclusive flying North East airport. Budget wise i would love to get something around the £3 - £3.5k mark but i would be looking at the Jaz Mirabel resort. Date wise for travel August ideally but could consider Sept or October...

    Many thanks!!!

I have stayed at the aqua blue with my children last year, it was fantastic, the children had plenty to do and the price was really good, the food was good too.
we went out of season (january2009) as I didnt want it too hot but it was still very hot till around 5pm then it went quite cool you can also use the hotel across the road which leads on2 the beach, where the hotels beach bar had my son making pizza's, the fish in the sea are amazing for snorkeling. the hotel rooms are basic (3*) but we stayed in a cabin which was gorgeous just a little more on price .

    Hi,

I would second the reccomendation for aqua blu.We went last year as 2 couples aged early 30's but had a great time both on the slides and in the hotel in general.Food was good too.Always something to eat somewhere.

The aqua blu is the hotel which features in First Choices TV advert with the kids coming down the waterslides.

    Hope this Helps
