How to open a second ebay account?

I currently have 1 ebay personal account and from reading these pages I see that alot of people have 2 accounts - one for selling and one for buying.
I think this is a very good idea and tried to open a new account but I need to open it with a new email address. I will open another account with a different ebay account.
Can you link your paypal accounts or will I need a seperate paypal account?

You can use the same Paypal account. You are only allowed one business or premier Paypal account anyway plus a microaccount.0
