stupid orange!

I am so sick of orange! My phone broke and I got a replacement through orange care which I pay £6 a month for and £15 admin charges.
New phone arrives, everything is fine until I try to set up email and I kept getting error messages, called orange and they sorted out.
A week later the phone stops getting a GPRS signal, blackberry PIN stops working as do my emails. I call orange again and they apologised and said 2 phone masts in my area were down and the situation would be resolved in 5 days.
5 days later the problems are still there so I call orange again, this time they said that it was a problem with the actual blackberry network and that it would be resolved in a week.
2 days later I get a text thanking me for changing my plan with Orange, I called them as I hadn't initiated a plan change and orange said it was a computer mistake and there was definately no change to my plan.
Phone still wasn't working properly on Friday so I called them to get an update, the guy on the phone had appalling English and basically said that the reason I wasn't getting a service was because I didn't have a blackberry but of course I do. I tried to get him to explain but he didn't understand me and kept offering to sell me a blackberry phone! I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said no and hung up on me.
I promptly called back and someone else answered, I explained that I was either cut off or hung up on and asked if she could help. She explained that my blackberry bundle had accidentally been deleted from my account and that was why I wasn't getting blackberry service. She put me through to the blackberry team and they said that the problem was with my mobile broadband account (which i took out at the same time as the phone account over a year ago), they then said that I had to pay an extra £5 per month for blackberry services, I told them that when I got the phone the blackberry bolt on was on a promotion so it was free to me, he went back through the account and agreed that I was right and I shouldn't be paying. We finally get the phone fixed and set up, go through the account details again and hang up.
Today I woke up, blackberry services weren't working so I called orange again and somehow my bundle has been deleted again! I'm so frustrated.

A salutary warning to others. There is another thread on here somewhere about Orange.
DO NOT go near Orange you will pay for a none existent service. I notice the Orange rep hasn't been around for a while. I wonder why?
How Orange are still in business i have no idea. They are worse than useless.0 -
Don't tar all of us with the same brush! Shame the OP didn't speak to me, would have had the issue resolved in one call...I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0

I wish I had got through to someone with half a clue of what's going on. I'm just so annoyed, the situation is resolved again but i'm not sure how long for.0

If the issue continues, I would suggest emailing Tom Alexander, the chief exec at:
Tom.Alexander@orange.co.uk.
I had problems with T-Mobile for ages and after emailing the CEO, I got a call within 5 mins and I now have issues resolved and half price line rental for the rest of my contract! (After only 3 months of waiting for them to do something!!!)Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
