OK I've looked round rightmove in your price range and your post code. The refurbished properties with a downstairs bathroom seem to have put a cloakroom upstairs. However small, having a loo and sink upstairs is a plus. I think that is what is causing you the problem. I could only find one property more expensive than yours that had no facility upstairs.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
