    Hi everyone

Ugh, why am I such a procrastinator??? I have not done half the work I wanted to do over the last week. Seriously, does anyone have any good tips to avoid procrastination? I might see if there is a book on it .

Anyway, at least I still have 19 days to kick myself up the backside. I will also finally have some money on Wednesday so can get some petrol and food. My OH lent me some money to cover my bills so I owe him £50 next month.

I am getting fed up of having no food in so am seriously considering making my own snacks (cakes, biscuits etc) and eventually becoming more adventurous by cooking meals and freezing them. Making bread is another thing I would love to try.

Therefore, I am going to fill up my cupboard with actual baking ingredients over the next few weeks. I am also keeping an eye on Freecycle for a bread making machine, maybe a slow cooker and some baking trays.

Freecycle is also becoming my source for other items. I picked up some Veet cream from a nice lady today so that will keep my hair removal costs down for a couple of weeks. I hope to get some other items that catch my eye and I know I can use. And in true Freecycle style (and decluttering style) everytime I get an item, I will advertise another to give away (just put an old purse on there to compensate for the Veet).

Off to read up on stopping procrastination and get an early-ish night.

Hi elantan. Thanks for wishing me good luck. I don't think I am Scottish (a quarter American though :D). Am I missing something with the reference to Robert the Bruce? :o.

    Morning all

I have woken up feeling quite positive and energised today. I will kick this procrastination habit!!

I am going to do this in small stages instead of writing a huge long list as I think that may daunt me more and therefore put me off.

So, I am going to get 20 questions done and then have a shower and get dressed.

I will be back when I have done this and will post my next target :D.

Thanks Elantan, I haven't heard of that story but will look it up in a bit. I love the quote too Lou.

I have done my 20 questions and had my shower. Also had a reply about my purse which will hopefully be collected tomorrow night.

My next target is 20 questions and then I will clean up the bathroom, put a wash on and take the rubbish out.

    See you in a bit.

    Back again!

I have done another 20 questions, cleaned the bathroom (more thoroughly than I first thought I would), taken out the rubbish and put a wash on (as well as cleaning out the drawer as it had a load of gunk in it).

Got a free moisturising lotion sample through the post :D. Better than the usual bills and DCA letters.

Next, I am going to do another 10 questions and then have a break for lunch.
