Tried to download a key thing, but like the eejit I am, I just ended up with a headache and my anti-virus program going bananas!

If anyone can help - the model is a ford fiesta, and the serial number is M623961.

What's the normal procedure when the radio reached 'LOCKED 10'?

I have a lot of respect for you guys that do this for nothing more than a quick thank you!
