Problem with downloading any clip art. Help

Hi, everytime I need a clip art and go online and download what I want or copy, when I paste it in word, Word says it encountered a problem and closes. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help? Do I need to install microsoft word again?? Thanks

I wouldnt install word again...are you downloading it from the site it recommends in word? Are you trying to put it into your document from the Clip are booklet, as that is where ure downloads will go?
Sorry, but I aint very good at this, just trying to help.

Thanks, yes it's from their site, I copied the clipart, I downloaded it and tried using it, but everytime it closes my word document. I've learned to save every time before inserting clip art now.

Just an update,

I went on https://www.microsoft.com and found office update under the Resouces heading in bold on the left hand site, clicked onto it and followed the instructions. Now I can get clipart.
