Dont know if this is the correct place to post..please move it if it isnt.
I am insolvent, due to be on long term sick, and my accounts are now held with the collections departments of banks. Can I apply for charges refunds? Or does the account have to be a working one?
Thanks in advance for any advice and help.

I don't see why you can't apply to the bank for refunds but if they refuse you can't take legal action without money to pay for it (you can claim this back from the bank when they refund) but you need the money to make the claim. I am assuming that you don't have that money and they know that, so if they refuse what can you do?If you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.
If you do like it please hit the thanks button.0 -
My home insurance covers legal fees Gordon, so I assume that would cover it. I just wondered if I could still do it as my accounts are no longer "active" to me?If you obey all the rules...you miss all the fun!! Katherine Hepburn0

Thanks for your hug, I appreciate it...I have "mental health" problems caused by work, and my mind is constantly active, always looking for things to be up to!!!
