I have used them for other things, i.e. showers, shower pumps, enclosures, bathroom mirrors etc, but not baths.
On the whole, I have found them to be good in terms prompt delivery etc...no faulty goods, and so on.
However, one comparison you should make between the B&Q and BB baths is the material thickness of the bath, and that they are the same...also do you get the panels, feet fixing kits, waste etc, and do you need to do things like drill tap holes etc.
But in terms of using them, I found Better Bathrooms to be fine.

We used them for a bath and a combination toilet and sink unit last year. Items turned up on time, no problems with the items so could not tell you about their problem resolution. Both items are in daily use by a family of 4 and no issues at all. The bath was very cheap compared to many others, but having spent a long time looking round it was of equal quality to baths twice the price. But obviously that is dependant on the actual item, yours may not be the same!!!!
All in all, I would buy from them again should the need arise.0 -

I also placed an order for an L shaped bath as Betterbathrooms beated the B&Q price hands down. However a month later i am still waiting for the bath. Customer service is non existant and the only way to get in touch and get a response is via email.
I have asked for a refund but now told expect a call within 24-48 hours and bath will be delivered. This has passed yet still no delivery and no refund.
Wouldn't recommend as ironically the bath went down half price in the B&Q sale to £250 excluding the screen.0
