Identify A Removed Clothes Tag, Help Please

Can Anyone help me identify this clothing tag please, its been cut out and you can only see the sides of it. Its like a turquiose colour, the dress feels lovely quality so I think its a quality name
Any suggestions

it looks like monsoon fusion to me - i have a dress from that range which has a blue label and white stitching.

I was going to say monsoon but wasnt sure and my monsoon stuff is at my mams

love monsoon stuff though have to wait until the sales to get any

If you have bought it on ebay and it was sold as a Monsoon I would complain to the seller. It is not a Monsoon dress if it doesn't say so and it is too easy for sellers to say it is such and such make with labels cut out to con people. Seller should have sold it merely as a dress with labels cut out.
