Hiya,
we are currently looking at renting another house, we have found one we love and can afford.
we have been in our current house about 6 years and it was rented through the local private landlords agency so didn't need a credit check
Our credit rating is dire to say the least as we have struggled on one wage for the last three years while i looked after our child, but i am working full time again so things are picking up and we are going to catch up with lae payments etc.
We have never once missed a rent payment and have bank statements to show this.
Would there be any issues with renting through an estate agents who perform these checks???
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Many Thanks
Michelle

Do you have CCJs? Can you offer a guarantor if requested as a condition of offering a tenancy?0
