Just tried it states that it needs an answer to a question - but there is no question?

I wonder if the answer to the question is "Yes", you do want to receive info. I unticked the box and afterwards, when I got the message about answering a question, there was a tick in the box. I gave up after this, not wanting to get lots more junk in my inbox.
