Recently I've gotten quite a way into a couple of their surveys and given out some fairly personal information, only to be told I was ineligible. I emailed them to complain and received this reply.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience. The screening process is automated and should tell you as soon as possible if we have reached the desired number of respondents, if you do not meet the desired criteria, or your consumer habits were different from those our client was looking for. I can assure you, however, that we do not use the information you entered unless you finish the survey and are paid for doing so.

Having said that, on the one occasion I've earned enough for a voucher, it was here within 24 hours.

I got exactly the same reply to a complaint about the same thing!

I just need a little more to get to £5 then thats it with Valued Opinions methinks!

I had one from valued Opinons.. I qualifed but within 2 mins max of receiving there email the desired number of people had been met! I couldn't believe it!

I'm getting a few via Lightspeed.. but I love Quickwise... money in your bank, no vouchers etc!! It's all good.. and they text you so you fill it in asap.. plus.. you still get paid even if your not suitable!

I have sent them a 2nd e-mail concerning my pending amount and got the same automated reply to my 1st request. I have written back to point this out. We will see......

Thank you for your email. When you have successfully completed a survey, the reward is held in a ‘pending’ status until the study has drawn to a close and the data has been processed. Surveys can take between 1-4 weeks to finish, depending upon the size and complexity of the study, and the credits should be processed soon after this.

Should you require any further assistance on this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@valuedopinions.co.uk
