Autocad LT 2010 (64bit) will not run on Windows 7 64bit?

hi ther i installed autocad LT 2010 (64bit) my windows 7 64bit machine.
when i come to lauuch the program i get "
[FONT=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]Autocad 2010 64bit 'Unable to start correctly' (0xc000007 b)"[/FONT]
I am the computer administrator

Compatibility modes? Failing that there will be a patch I'd guess, it's a big piece of software.They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0

Startup the Computer in safe mode (I think W7 still has it) and try launching it them. It will only load the basic Windows drivers and no associated crap with it. If it loads, there's something conflicting with the software
Also as suggested, run it in compatibility mode to see if it works then.Owner of andrewhope.co.uk, hate cars and love them
