Advice re slimming as a vegetarian please....

I agree with other posters both plans WW & SW would work perfectly with a veggie, it just depends on which one would suit you best.
I've done both and for me it is SW that I like best. with WW you a limited to a number of points per day whereas with SW free food is unlimited and you get your treats with your syns. I eat loads, find I am never hungry as there is always some free food I can munch on and still lose weight.
There are 2 excellent threads pop in and have a look, ask any questions you have there are some very knowledgeable people on both.
